These terms explain the scope, limitations, and acceptable use of the Phase One website and automated visibility report.
01
Readiness information, not a guarantee
The automated report is a bounded observation of public website signals. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice and does not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking, answer extraction, citations, recommendations, traffic, leads, or revenue.
02
Authorized submissions
Submit only a public website you are permitted to evaluate. Do not use the service to target private networks, tokenized URLs, confidential information, or systems that prohibit the requested access.
03
Availability and follow-up
Rate limits, public-site blocks, partial coverage, provider failures, or maintenance can delay or prevent a report. Human-reviewed services require a separate scope, access agreement, and acceptance criteria.
Next step
Turn the public evidence into a scoped action plan.
