Information collected

The audit flow collects the submitted website and email address. Optional context can include a contact name, business name, business type, primary service, service area, goal, landing path, referring page, and campaign parameters supplied in the page URL. Technical abuse controls may process a client address through a keyed one-way identifier.

When the approved Google Analytics stream is enabled, lightweight measurement records page visits, successful audit submissions, email actions, and outbound project-link actions. Phase One disables Google signals and advertising personalization in the site configuration and does not send submitted form fields to analytics.

Purpose and processors

The information is used to validate the request, inspect a bounded sample of public website content, generate the report, deliver the transactional email to the submitted address, send an internal support copy for delivery assistance and customer-requested follow-up, understand which landing sources produce accepted audit requests, and prevent abuse. Cloudflare provides website, processing, storage, and security infrastructure. Resend provides transactional email delivery. Google provides site analytics.

Analytics choice

When analytics are enabled, they load without a traffic-blocking consent interstitial. You can use the “Disable analytics” control in the site footer at any time. The choice is stored in this browser and prevents later Phase One analytics events from being sent from that browser.

Retention and choice

The private hosted report and its associated data are designed to expire after 30 days. Transactional email copies, including the customer delivery and the internal support copy, may remain in the relevant mailboxes under their retention practices after the hosted report expires. PII-free aggregate operational metrics may be retained longer. A report request does not enroll the recipient in marketing.
