Connect the location, event, reservation, and return-visit paths.
Phase One helps restaurants, bars, and nightclubs organize the public facts and customer actions that change by location, date, event, membership, and service period.
01
What information changes the customer decision?
Customers need current location, hours, age or entry requirements, menu or experience information, event details, reservation or ticket paths, accessibility information, and a reliable contact route. These facts should be visible in crawlable text rather than only inside a flyer or social post.
Each location or event page needs a real purpose. Phase One does not publish duplicate venue pages, invented popularity claims, or event listings that cannot be maintained.
Location and venue discovery
Menus, events, tickets, reservations, and VIP actions
Membership and repeat-visit paths when the operation supports them
Current contact, policy, and accessibility information
02
How should recurring event promotion work?
A reusable event record can feed the website, landing page, flyer brief, email, and approved social channels from one factual source. The venue still owns dates, prices, availability, creative approval, and publishing access.
Automation is scoped around approved fields and channels. It should not invent offers, publish without the agreed review step, or treat social reach as a booked guest.
03
Which public projects can be inspected?
The Phase One work library includes approved hospitality and nightlife surfaces across Lil Rudy’s, ONQ Hospitality, and the Cantina Añejo iPhone app. Each project page separates observable delivery evidence from performance outcomes.
